Sent me a plunger disguised as an auger
Auger was cut so poorly it won't pierce a cork. The end was ground flat and at the opposite angle of rotation. It also didn't include the load bearing washer. I had to use the original auger as this one just pushed corks into bottles because it wouldn't cork screw. Original auger worked like a charm.
This item, like all 4 parts I purchased was low quality. I don't recommend any of these parts.

Great product
I only needed the plastic part as mine broke in half. After putting the opener back together (that was a challenge) it works great.

Just the ticket
This was just what we needed to get our Frontgate wine opener back to working wonderfully, and the auger is better than the original wire one.

Back Up set
My slug was broken and I decided to get the Auger/Slug combination. Worked great with no problem with the installation. I got 2 sets with the idea of having a back up. Thanks.

Replacement worn and slug
My cork extractor finally broke after many many years.
I was happy to see replacement parts are available. I
ordered and received the parts. The task of opening and
replacing the parts was not hard. It is working again.
