With all gear teeth made of hardened metal, the Rabbit was tested and verified by an independent lab for 20,000 cork pulls. The test assumed replacement of the spiral (worm) after 800-1,000 cork pulls.

A perfect replacement for Screw Pull Lever Pull
For more than 15 years I was a big fan of the original lever pull "Screw Pull". It worked effortlessly opening all types of corks. It costs almost 3 times the Rabbit Corkscrew.
I searched to replace my Screw Pull but apparently it is no longer available. I am very happy with the purchase of the Rabbit Lever Pull style. It works effortlessly and has a very ergonomic handle. The extra screw worm is a big plus. This corkscrew is a great buy!

rabbit lever cork screw
Love the corkscrew. Husband and I fight over who will open the next bottle of wine!
The plastic cover arrived cracked but otherwise a fine product, and staff helpful when ordering
