Crafthouse Cocktail Smoking Box with Smoker #19113
Crafthouse Cocktail Smoking Box with Smoker (P/N crfth.smbx.set). Designed by reknowned Chicago mixologist Charles Joly, the Crafthouse series smoking box is the ultimate accessory for well-stocked bars.
Taking inspiration from the golden age of cocktails and streamlined simplicity of Art Deco architecture, the smoking box is both beautiful and functional. Each box includes an easy to use door latch on both sides of the box, as well as a polished metal top with classic pull style handle, and hand held smoker with internal fan.
To use, insert wood chips and charcoal into the battery-operated smoker, pull the trigger and light the chips on fire. As smoke fills the smoking box, your drink becomes infused with an inimitable smokey flavor. The longer the drink is smoked, the more flavor gets imparted to the drink and the glass.
Each kit includes:
- 1 Smoking box
- 1 Smoker
- 1 Jar of Applewood chips
AA batteries and glass tumblers sold separately.
Entertain like a world class bartender with the smoking box and hand held smoker.

Smoking Box Review
This smoking box is so cool! It's surprising how much flavor the smoke transfers to the cocktail - who knew?
I met Charles Joly last year, and got to taste one of his smoked drinks for the first time - fantastic! His advice was to smoke the drink for just a few seconds - the point was to accent the drink, not overpower it. He also told me that he uses charcoal plus wood in the smoking gun - I didn't see charcoal in the product instructions, so I thought I'd pass it along.
